The HOPE mission is to inspire leadership development, create goodwill in the community & promote academic excellence through scholarships.
Our History
HOPE was founded in 2003 and is currently open to all active and retired CPS Energy employees. Working in partnership with CPS Energy and the Diversity Council, HOPE launched its official kick-off and became the utility’s first employee networking group now 160 members strong.
