In 2004, Escobar founded aMAEzing Marketing Group after an intensive training period with Arcos Communications in New York city. Since 2004, Escobar has worked in a vast number of projects for many local, regional and clients including national brands like Caliente Harley- Davidson, Freddy's Frozen Custards and Steakburgers, Fifth Third Bank, and the National Council of La Raza’s annual Convention (NCLR), local non-profits such as SA Youth, Hispanic Sports Foundation, and El Consejo Educational Foundation. City of San Antonio contracts include Animal Care Services, The Mayor’s Light up Downtown, CDDC and past contracts with Pre K 4 SA, Downtown Tuesday, an internal wellness Campaign for the Human Resources Division and Downtown Operations.

From 2001-2004 she was Vice President National Marketing Manager for all new bank branches in the 12-state footprint of the former Bank One, N.A. (now Chase). During her years at Bank One, Escobar's responsibilities included implementation of all national programs and the design and implementation of local strategic marketing plans. Additional responsibilities included national brand development, field marketing manager, marketing campaigns, sales training, public relations, media buying, and special events in order to increase profitability for the shareholders.

Under Escobar's direction, aMAEzing Marketing Group is a full-service agency. The firm has worked on projects of all different sizes and budgets. Over the last 12 years, Escobar has accumulated an impressive amount of clients and has had many unique projects. Escobar's work, along with the team, have won three national Clarion awards, awards from the American Marketing Association and International Association of Business Communicators-San Antonio chapters for excellence in Marketing and Communication campaigns.

A native of San Antonio she is a graduate of Our Lady of the Lake University (OLLU) in San Antonio where she received her Bachelor of Arts in Media Communications. In 2005 she was honored as Outstanding Alumni for her service to the community. Her office is located east of downtown San Antonio.

Her two passions are Fiesta and the SA Riverwalk. She volunteers and serves as a board member of the Paseo Del Rio Association and as an elected commissioner for the San Antonio Fiesta Commission. As an urban dweller Escobar always quips that downtown San Antonio “is my back yard and I explore it every day.”
